Through a philosophical consciousness, Jane works with
individuals using coaching and sacred esoteric healing.

PROFILE - INDIVIDUALS

In recent years she has also coached many organisational and
independent coaches and facilitators, as well as offering 1:1 or small group coaching supervision, in a unique way, to enable
coaches to take a deeper responsibility for their work, with a
greater sense of personal wellbeing. She also co-ordinates the
Coaching Faculty at CIHM, Leeds University Business School,
for all coaching assignments required as part of the CHIM's
work. This includes the ongoing evaluation of coaching practice.
She has for 20 years worked with individuals from all work
and life settings using coaching. Coaching has ranged from
focusing on work, project or career issues, to personal
developmental challenges, or particular matters of health,
wellbeing and personal harmony.
Jane has during the last 2 years offered sacred esoteric
healing and the esoteric breast massage for individual clients
and now also offers esoteric acupuncture.
With a philosophical consciousness, Jane is a practitioner
on the processes of strategic & personal change. Her
primary focus is to bring wellbeing & harmony back into
the workplace.
As an external consultant for the last 10  years, she has also
undertaken a number of research projects, and published
papers in journals and books. (List of publications available

She has worked with individuals, teams and organisations in
many locations and works most often in 'real-time' using real
issues,  and challenges. She has coached and facilitated:
over 500 teams in a variety of workplace settings,
•    40 workplace departments/functions,
•    100's of events, meetings, committees, learning
